We invite participants to get together to read, review and discuss works by prominent authors and experts in the field of law, economics and public policy. The first session will primarily focus on the structure of the group and our plans for the future, as well as a reading of select excerpts from the first chapters of David Chandler's book 'A History of Cambodia' (4th edition)
This is an open lecture organized by the Pannasastra University as a part of their media and ethics course for students and young professionals. This talk will cover legal aspects of blogging and citizen journalism in Cambodia. Guests are welcome to join provided they register in advance using the form on this page.
